Refund Policy Refunds are not permitted unless under specific circumstances approved by management.

Asset Protection Leaking, unlocking, ripping, or modifying our assets in any way is strictly prohibited.

Order Delivery Orders may take up to 12–24 hours to be delivered. Please be patient during this window.

Ownership Claims Do not claim any of our assets as your own. All content remains the property of ServiceLine Mods.

Support & Sales Support and sales inquiries will not be handled via direct messages. Please use the appropriate ticket system.

Disrespect Policy Any form of disrespect toward staff or members will result in a ban without refund once your ticket is closed and deleted.

Reselling Reselling our assets is not allowed. If you wish to obtain resell rights, please open a ticket.

Device Liability We are not responsible for any damage caused to your device from using our assets.

Terms Updates It is your responsibility to stay updated with our Terms of Service. Changes may occur at any time.

Staff Pings Do not ping staff in tickets. Be patient and wait for a response.

Violations Breaking these Terms may result in a warning, kick, or ban depending on the severity of the offense.

Asset Donations To donate assets, please open a Management Ticket. We’ll guide you from there.

Future Listings If you purchase future listings, you must claim them manually via a ticket. They will not be sent automatically.

Payment Method We accept PayPal payments via Friends & Family only.

Custom Orders Once work has begun on a custom order, full refunds are not permitted.
